Cabo truly has a perfect climate year-round and is exceptional in the winter months. The Baja sun shines every day of the year with minimal rain! If you are in the mood for adventure, you will find great snorkeling, whale watching, parasailing, jet skiing, Atv'ing and other fun excursions nearby! Just 3 miles from the property is the heart of Cabo San Lucas, the Marina, Medano Beach, World Class restaurants, and the famous Cabo night life.

 Your vacation begins when you step inside the tastefully built 3 story house, with white carrera marble and decorated with top-of-the line hand-crafted Mexican decor. Put your luggage down and leave all your bagagge behind!

Relax on the large ocean view terrace with stunning 180 degree views of the Sea of Cortez. Frequently see whales jumping and blowing in the water right from our terrace. Binocular & Spotting Scope is available to use in the villa! Unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the water.

 
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped backyard with pool, jacuzzi, both gas and wood-burning bbq's, outdoor bar, outdoor bathroom and lots of lounger chairs. The pool comes equipped with remote control LED lighting to create a fun nighttime experience.

There are 6 large air-conditioned bedrooms each with a flat screen tv with Netflix and Youtube compatibility. There is also a safe in each bedroom closet. The villa has 5 bathrooms.

The villa is located in Villa Serena, a luxurious private gated community with a 24hr security gate. We will be surrounded by beautiful villas and friendly neighbors. You can go for a walk, run and enjoy the healthy air of Los Cabos, the local nature and enjoy the wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez. There is a large community pool on the ocean within a 5 minute walk from the house. Villa Serena also has a small private beach within a 5 minute walk - not always swimmable however but it is private, quaint and a beautiful little spot to check out. We will be a 5 minute drive to Costco, WalMart, Home Depot and local grocery stores. There is a small plaza within walking distance which has a convenience store, gym, international bank, video rental & coffee shop. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of world-renowned golf courses within 10 miles of the property.
