Pilates Vacations in Sicily
Our Pilates holidays in Sicily take place on a private estate. The villa dates back to 1848 and is surrounded olive and almond groves. The villa has been tastefully restored and offers a modern chic interior design blended with traditional Sicilian architecture. The pool area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. All the rooms are ensuite and there is a choice of double and twin rooms. The terrace offers a fantastic spot for al fresco dining. You are sure to find everything you need to relax at our retreat.
Sicily Pilates Vacations Itinerary
Sunday
Our transfer will meet you at Catania Airport and take you to the villa where you can enjoy welcome drinks and dinner.
Monday
We begin with an energizing Pilates lesson to start the day. After breakfast, you will have a cookery lesson followed by lunch. Enjoy the afternoon as you wish, with another Pilates lesson in the evening before dinner.
Tuesday
Enjoy a Pilates lesson before breakfast followed by lunch on the terrace and then your fourth Pilates lesson. Finish off your day with a delicious dinner at the villa.
Wednesday
An energizing Pilates session before breakfast. The group will visit the town of Siracusa and have lunch. We then travel to Noto to taste the local ice cream at a traditional gelateria. Tonight’s dinner will be at Villa Aragonese.
Thursday
Start the day with a Pilates lesson and breakfast. The afternoon is free to relax at the villa by the pool or take a walk through the countryside. There will be another Pilates lesson in the evening before dinner at the villa.
Friday
After a morning Pilates lesson, the group will head to Modica, where you will be treated to chocolate tasting with a local producer. The afternoon will be spent exploring the stunning town of Ragusa, where we will have an evening meal at a local restaurant.
Saturday
After an energising morning Pilates lesson, you can relax before lunch. Spend the afternoon at the villa with time to discuss your exercise programme with the teacher. Farewell dinner at the villa.
Sunday
Enjoy your final Pilates lesson this morning. Lunch at the villa before a late afternoon transfer back to the airport.
