Our singles ski week to Big Sky has become one of our most popular annual ski vacations. Big Sky Ski Resort pictured above is now the combination of Big Sky, Moonlight Basin & Spanish Peaks all joined in the last few years with a common lift ticket and interchangeable lifts. Big sky is a perfect destination for our season closer ski week. The last week in March has historically brings huge snow often the best each year. Our week have averaged 24? of snow the last few years NOT to mention the 3 year March snowfall average of 93? onto of an already existing base. This past season we had almost 70? see chart! This is ideal for real snow hounds and even beginners who like to land soft. A perfect way to close out the season

Collectively Big Sky has just under 6000 inbound skiable acres. Some of the best lift served terrain in the world. Before the merger you just couldn’t ski the whole resort in a week…. now it’s just impossible. Our perfect Western Singles Ski Week Destination!!

Big Sky + Moonlight Basin + Spanish Peaks = a most special western vacation for all skiers regardless of your level of ability. We can’t say enough.. with the largest skiable acres anywhere in the continental US there are an incredible number of slopes for everyone. From steeps to easy glades this resort has the most to offer.

For the serious ski vacation enthusiast our Big Sky Singles Ski Week is as good as it gets. It’s a ski paradise considered by many to be the best & largest combined resort in the world. Regardless of your level of ability this mountain combination will have more trails, more lifts, more bowls, more glades and maybe even more snow than anywhere else you’ve been.

Add to that mix a spectacular 5 star ski in/ski out hotel located 20? from the two main lifts, incredible food and a bunch of upscale singles to explore and enjoy it all with and you will see why this is such a great week. This will be out 9th consecutive year visiting Big Sky and that is not an accident. Best of all our package this year includes 4 dinners, 6 gourmet breakfast buffets & 4 lift tickets.

Vacation Day 2: Teton Naltional Park Tour - Jackson Hole Tram
Big Horn Sheep

With thousands of animals taking refuge in the Jackson Hole valley, winter is one of the best times of year to observe the wildlife of Grand Teton National Park with experienced guides. Using heated 4x4 safari style vehicles we'll visit the best wildlife hotspots of the valley, searching for moose, elk, bison, bighorn sheep, mule deer, wolves, bald eagles, trumpeter swans, and more. Experience the unique and harsh conditions that local wildlife has to endure. Our accomplished guides will educate us and provide a deep understanding of how these creatures coexist and adapt to their physical environments. We advise dressing warmly in layers as well as wearing good snow boots. We sometimes step out of our warm vehicle to witness wildlife and to photograph the stunning scenery.
This afternoon we ride the famous Jackson Hole Aerial Tram located in the Swiss-style Teton Village, better known as the "Vil." Since 1966, the tram has been carrying people to the top of Rendezvous Peak (10,450 ft) in the Teton Range. Jackson Hole TramThe Tram offers panoramic views of the Teton Mountains, the town of Jackson, the Snake River Valley, and Grand Teton National Park. Take part in the tradition of delicious waffles atop Rendezvous Peak at Corbet's Cabin. These tasty treats are made-to-order with your choice of toppings (even bacon!), and are the perfect snack.
After our tram we will ride the local bus 12 miles back to Jackson Hole and our hotel. Rest up before we go out for dinner.

Vacation Day 3: Full Day Yellowstone Naltional Park - Old Faithful Snow Coach Tour
Old Faithful WinterSit back and enjoy the scenery to Old Faithful in comfort as we are being chauffeured by an experienced, knowledgeable guide. Equipped with four oversized low-pressure tires, the snowcoach moves on top of the snow and will give us great views of the park scenery while touring Yellowstone. Our tour will take us to the Old Faithful Geyser making several stops along the way to learn about the Park's history, view thermal features, and take pictures.
snowcoach tour bisonOur day begins with an early morning pick up and breakfast will be a grab and go style on the way to Yellowstone. We'll travel 45 miles (one-way) of groomed trail to Old Faithful, making several stops along the way, with opportunities to get out and walk around. Points of interest may include Moose Falls, Lewis Canyon, Lewis Falls, and West Thumb Geyser Basin. The highlight of our day will be watching Old Faithful erupt as the contrast of the grayish-white steam against the snow and the stunningly blue skies creates a heightened sense of the Earth’s powerful forces. yellowstone national park wolf winterIn winter Old Faithful regularly shoots sprays of water more than 100 feet in the air, erupts, the near-boiling water hits the chilly air forming “geyser rain.” Watch as these tiny icy crystals and flakes fall to the ground.
We will return to Jackson Hole just in time to have dinner.

Vacation Day 4 - Sleigh Ride to Elk Refuge - Free Afternoon
This morning we get the opportunity to glide through Wyoming’s stunning winter landscapes in a horse-drawn sleigh. This is a perfect winter activity to get us into a festive holiday mood. A ride through the National Elk Refuge will get you within 30 feet of majestic elk and we may also see eagles, bison, foxes, and wolves. Be sure to dress in warm weather gear!!

Elf Refuge sleighThis afternoon is free to enjoy Jackson Hole at your own pace. Visit the History Museum, divided into several galleries and see how tourism started with the arrival of the Cracker pioneers and their covered Conestoga wagons. Learn about the ‘Tin Can Tourists,’ known for eating canned foods, and the vehicles they drove like a fully restored 1927 Ford Model T pickup camper. Time to step onboard the Old Trolley RideTown Time Trolley for an overview of the historic center of St Augustine. The Trolley route encompasses seven miles of fascinating history as recounted by one of their highly-trained tour conductors. We will get off at stop 14 so we can walk, the famous St George Street, a designated walking mall, located in the heart of the historic district. Take a self-guided tour of the historic National Monument and learn about its fascinating history. There are a variety of exhibits to view, daily Ranger Talks, a short video every hour that features cannon and musket firings and weapons demonstrations and presentations by costumed re-enactors.

At Mission Nombre de Dios, we will find numerous artifacts, both sacred and secular, from the very beginning of the Spanish settlement in St. Augustine.
Fountain of Youth entryFountain of Youth Archaeological Park is a 15 acre waterfront Historical Site where St. Augustine was founded. Stroll through this waterfront park where peacocks strut and shady oaks beckon us to stay. This is the location where Spanish Explorer Pedro Menendez de Aviles, in 1565, established the first and oldest continuous European Settlement in the United States. For over 4000 years, Native Timucua Indians prospered on this land, hear their story, see Fountain of Youththeir skills for survival and learn their customs. Our exploration begins with a drink from the Legendary Spring and learn the history of Ponce de Leon's search and his Spanish claim for Florida.
