Seville Pilates Vacations Itinerary
Saturday
¡Bienvenido! Welcome to Sevilla. On arrival you will be taken by private minibus in our group transfer to the villa where you can settle in, meet your teacher and chef and enjoy welcome drinks. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or explore the grounds around the villa. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by your chef. After dinner, a short introductory meditation session will be offered to help unwind from the day`s travel and prepare the body and mind for a good night’s sleep.
Sunday
Begin the day with energising morning Pilates. For the rest of the day, your Pilates teacher will have a one to one session with each guest, helping with your individual needs. Lunch will be at the villa. There will be an evening group Pilates lesson before dinner, which is prepared for you at the villa.
Monday
Today, enjoy another Pilates lesson and then you will head to Seville to visit the famous Alcazar Palace, Plaza de España and explore the main points of interest of the city. Have lunch in a typical taberna, afterwards you`ll have more time to explore. Return to the villa in the late afternoon, dinner is prepared at the villa.
Tuesday
This morning, enjoy another Pilates lesson, after which you are free to relax by the pool,wander in the surroundings. In the afternoon you`ll go to a local distillery where they produce their own gin for a private tour and tasting. Another Pilates lesson before dinner at the villa, prepared by your chef.
Wednesday
Another Pilates lesson this morning before breakfast. Enjoy lunch at the villa, in the afternoon you`ll head to Aracena, a typical Andalusian village with white washed houses contrasting against the green landscape of the mountains. Enjoy a meal out at a local Andalusian restaurant.
Thursday
After your energising morning Pilates session, spend today at the villa, with time to relax by the pool or in the villa. In the late afternoon you’ll head to Seville where you will have Andalusian tapas and enjoy a typical Flamenco show.
Friday
This morning you will have another Pilates lesson. Enjoy your last afternoon relaxing at the villa and your final Pilates lesson. Gather this evening for a special farewell dinner prepared by your chef.
Saturday
After breakfast, some time to pack before the group transfer will collect you and take you back to Seville airport for your flight home. Adios.
