Later, it became an important Ottoman city and many elegant buildings and monuments were erected.
Our tour begins with a visit to the underground Crusaders Knights Hall, walk through narrow passes and alleys, and we arrive at the old port of Akko. During the British mandate, Jewish prisoners of the underground movement were imprisoned in the Akko prison and a daring escape  took place, which Paul Newman portrayed in the movie Exodus.
HaifaNext, we drive to Tzfat (Safed), considered to be one of the Four Holy Cities for Jews that rose after the fall of Jerusalem in 70 AC. We will explore this mystical and spiritual city, with its unique synagogues, art galleries, and the World Kabbalah Center. There will be time to have lunch or shopping.
On our way back to the port, we stop by the Bahai Gardens and Temples, possibly the most distinct tourist attraction in all of Haifa. The Bahai Gardens are a stunning statement of geometric, manicured shrubbery, trees, beautiful flowers, soothing fountains, and grand sculptures. The Gardens provide the most exquisite sense of peace and beauty, a true feeling of paradise and an amazing view of Haifa.
