Where you’re going to stay
The villa where our language holidays in Sicily take place is held is on a private estate. The villa dates back to 1848 and was built in a typical Sicilian style. Chosen because of its location, it has some beautiful views of the surrounding areas. Within the grounds of the estate, there is an outdoor pool which is surrounded by almond and olive trees. After a dip, you can sit back and relax on the terrace. Sicily is an ideal place for a Mediterranean island holiday and our villa is the perfect place to kick back and relax. Learn Italian in Sicily Itinerary

Sunday

Benvenuti! Welcome to Sicily! Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Catania Airport and take you to the villa where you can enjoy welcome drinks and meet your Italian tutor and fellow guests. Dinner this evening is at the villa, prepared by our local chef.

Monday

After breakfast, you will have your first Italian lesson followed by lunch at the villa. You will then have your first Italian lesson, followed by lunch at the villa. In the afternoon, you’re free to relax by the pool or wander around the grounds before your second Italian lesson and an Aperitivo Chat session. Dinner is prepared for you at the villa by your chef.

Tuesday

Today we visit the coastal town of Siracusa, with lunch in a local restaurant in the old part of the city, Ortigia. You will have some more time to explore after lunch, before heading to Noto. Don’t miss visiting its beautiful Cathedral, or maybe treat yourself to some traditional ice cream. Return to the villa late afternoon for your Aperitivo Chat session, followed by dinner prepared by your chef.

Wednesday

After breakfast, enjoy a lesson with your Italian tutor. You’ll then have some time to relax at the villa before lunch. This afternoon, we will visit Marzamemi, a village famous for catching tuna fish, with an opportunity to try out your Italian skills on the locals! We’ll then head on to a private tour and wine tasting at a local winery, before returning to the villa for dinner.

Thursday

After breakfast, you will have some time to relax at the villa before your Italian lesson, followed by lunch at the villa. The afternoon is yours to relax by the pool or enjoy an aperitivo chat with your fellow guests. Dinner will be at the villa.

Friday

In the morning, after breakfast you will have your lesson, followed by some free time. Lunch will be prepared by your chef at the villa, before heading to Modica to taste its famous chocolate. In the afternoon you will spend time exploring the stunning town of Ragusa and have an evening meal at our favourite local restaurant.

Saturday

In the morning, after breakfast you will have your first lesson of the day. Lunch will be prepared by our chef at the villa. Spend your final afternoon relaxing by the pool before your final lesson. This evening, your chef will prepare a special farewell dinner for the group.

Sunday

After breakfast you will have some time to pack before our transfer will take you back to Catania Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!

Built in 1532, the villa is rich in history and provides the perfect venue for an inspiring language holiday. With a panoramic terrace furnished with tables made with Vietri ceramics and a swimming pool, you are sure to find this venue relaxing and inspiring. Saturday

Welcome to Amalfi! Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Naples airport and take you to the villa where you can settle in and enjoy welcome drinks. The afternoon is yours to relax around the villa, before dinner, prepared by your chef.

Sunday

After breakfast you will have your first Italian lesson, followed by lunch at the villa. In the afternoon you will have your second Italian lesson followed by an Aperitivo Chat session before dinner.

Monday

Following breakfast this morning, we’ll leave for Amalfi, a charming town. The day is yours to enjoy however you wish, with lunch at our favourite local restaurant. Later this afternoon we’ll return to the villa for dinner.

Tuesday

After breakfast, spend the morning exploring Amalfi. Enjoy the day sight-seeing or shopping at leisure. Lunch will be at our favourite local trattoria. Return to the villa late afternoon for another Aperitivo Chat session before dinner.

Wednesday

After breakfast, you will have some time to relax at the villa before your first Italian lesson of the day. Lunch will be prepared for you at the villa. Later in the afternoon, we will visit the stunning hilltop town of Ravello where you can enjoy an Italian aperitivo together, before returning to the villa for dinner this evening.

Thursday

This morning after breakfast you will have your lesson, followed by some free time. Lunch will be prepared by your chef at the villa. The afternoon will be spent in Positano with a chance to explore and do some shopping before dinner at a local restaurant.

Friday

After breakfast, you will have your Italian lesson,followed by lunch. This afternoon you will have some time to relax at the villa before your second Italian lesson of the day. This evening you will have another Aperitivo Chat session, followed by dinner later in the evening.

Saturday

After breakfast, our transfer will take you back to Naples Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!

Benvenuti! Welcome to Bologna! Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Bologna Airport upon arrival. Once you arrive at the villa, you can meet your host and enjoy welcome drinks followed by dinner prepared by our local chef.

Sunday

After breakfast you will have your first hands-on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. You are free in the afternoon to relax as you wish at the beautiful villa. Dinner tonight is served at the villa.

Monday

This morning is your second cooking lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. In the afternoon enjoy a wine tasting at a local winery. Later this afternoon you will return to the villa for dinner.

Tuesday

Following breakfast, we will visit Bologna. Here you will have the day at your leisure to wander around this stunning city and explore the famous food market. Lunch will be at a local trattoria. Later this afternoon, you will have another cookery course with our chef, followed by dinner at the villa.

Wednesday

After breakfast you will have your third cookery lesson with the chef, enjoying the results for lunch. Later this afternoon you’ll have time to relax before dinner at the villa.

Thursday

After breakfast you will have another hands on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. Later this afternoon we will visit Ravenna. Here we will spend sometime sightseeing before dinner at a local restaurant.

Friday

After breakfast you will have another hands-on cookery lesson with the chef, followed by lunch. Later this afternoon we will visit Ravenna. Here we will spend some time sightseeing before dinner at a local restaurant.

Saturday

After breakfast, you will have some time to pack before our transfer will collect you and take you back to Bologna Airport for your flight home. Arrivederci!

Cancellation and Change Vacation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to us by the person who the booking. Any notice will become effective from the date of receipt by us of the notice. Up to 10 weeks prior to departure, full deposit and any additional costs (private transfers etc), paid before that point will be withheld. ii) Within 10 weeks of departure 100% of the full vacation cost and any additional costs paid will be forfeited.
