Vacation Turkey blumoskDay 1:   Arrive in Istanbul, Turkey ( June 21, 2024 )

As we say in Turkey, HOS GELDINIZ, Welcome to Turkey! Our journey begins in Istanbul, the only city in the world situated on two continents. Byzantium, Constantinople, Istanbul - its three names span more than 2600 years, nearly 1600 of them as the capital of two of the greatest empires the world has known, Byzantine and Ottoman.

Upon arrival at the Istanbul (IST) airport you will be met and transferred to our hotel. Meet our local guide at 7:00pm for an optional dinner and a short briefing about the tour.

Vacation Day 2: Istanbul ( June 22, 2024 )

Turkey Blue Mosque09:00 am Meet up with your guide and the drive. rIn the morning we will greet you at your hotel and take you on a guided tour of the historic old part of Istanbul.
Today’s main sites are: 

The Blue Mosque in Istanbul, also known by its official name, the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, is an Ottoman-era historical imperial mosque located in Istanbul, Turkey. A functioning mosque, it also attracts large numbers of tourist visitors. Hagia Sophia, officially the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, is a mosque and major cultural and historical site in Istanbul, Turkey. The mosque was originally built as an Eastern Orthodox church and was used as such from the year 360 until the conquest of Constantinople by the Ottoman Empire in 1453. Sultanahmet Square or the Hippodrome of Constantinople is a square in Istanbul, Turkey. Previously, it was a circus that was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire.  The Topkap? Palace, or the Seraglio, is a large museum in the east of the Fatih district of Istanbul in Turkey. From the 1460s to the completion of Dolmabahçe Palace in 1856, it served as the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire, and was the main residence of its sultans.  The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world, with 61 covered streets and over 4,000 shops on a total area of 30,700 m², attracting between 250,000 and 400,000 visitors daily.  After the tour, we will provide a transfer to your hotel or we can always leave you at the city center. Overnight in Istanbul.

Vacation Day 3: Istanbul ( June 23, 2024 )

Bosporus09:00 am Meet up with your guide and the driver  (4-hour program ) In the morning, we will meet you at your hotel and take you on this enlightening walking tour down to the waterfront near Eminonu.
You'll see hundreds of interesting shops lined up cozily side-by-side, We will then enjoy a cruise on the Bosporus.
Today’s main sites are: Walking tour of Golden horn waterfront area. The Golden Horn (Turkish: Haliç) is the district of Istanbul surrounding the banks of the body of water of the same name, which is a bay of the Bosphorus along its western, European coast.  The Spice Bazaar is down near the waterfront of Eminonu, near the Galata Bridge and next to the New Mosque (Yeni Cami).  No trip to Istanbul is complete without a cruise along the Bosphorus! Hop on private yacht and experience the perfect combination of nature, and history.  After the tour, we will provide a transfer to your hotel or we can always leave you at the city center or you can enjoy optional afternoon tours
Overnight in Istanbul.


Vacation Day 4: Traveling to Cappadocia ( June 24, 2024 )

Breakfast at the hotel. Meet up at the lobby of the hotel and drive to IST Airport.
Arrival in Cappadocia, continue our a half day tour exploring through the Ihlara Gorge and spend time in a classic Anatolian village. Sites we will cover.  Ihlara gorge - The Ihlara Valley is an incredible gorge with a stunning river running right down the heart of the valley for 16km within the volcanic rock. It is near the province of Aksaray but is still considered part of the southern Cappadocia region.

After the tour will return to the hotel. the rest of the day at leisure Overnight in Cappadocia.



Vacation Day 5: Exploring Cappadocia ( June 25, 2024 )
Cappadocia ballon ride( If you booked the optional Hot Air Balloon tour --- 05:00 AM Meet up at the lobby of the hotel and transfer go to the balloon launch site.
Enjoy a stunning experience, going over Cappadocia on a hot air balloon ride. After the trip has concluded, we'll come back to the hotel for breakfast and have a rest before setting out later in the morning to see the rest of the sites. at 09:30 am Meet up with your guide and the driver and you'll see today: The Goreme Open-Air Museum is one of the most popular attractions and historic sites in Cappadocia with an audio tour guiding you through the ancient paintings, churches, and cave houses from centuries ago. It is one of the most popular sites to visit in Cappadocia and has an amazing preservation of history.  The 'fairy chimneys' of Cappadocia are a fascinating World Heritage Site—made up of unusual rock formations that once sheltered persecuted Christians.  Devrent Valley in Cappadocia (also known as Imaginary Valley) is a beautiful valley full of unique rock formations, many of which are said to resemble animal shapes. The beauty of this spot in Cappadocia is that has very easy driving access and isn’t as crowded as the open-air museums and iconic cave dwelling locations.  The Uchisar Castle is in the small, but beautiful town of Uchisar in Cappadocia, Turkey. It’s one of the best viewpoints in Cappadocia and is only a short drive or a small trek from the nearby town of Goreme.  We'll also visit local craftspeople and learn the special art of making dolls and traditional pottery. 17:00 pm Return to hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Vacation Day 6: Traveling to Kusadasi ( June 26, 2024 )
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Kayseri Airport. Short flight West to Izmir.
Arrival, then transfer to your beach front hotel in Kusadasi. After checking in, enjoy rest of the day at leisure and relaxing in resort hotel. Dinner served by the pool. Overnight in Kusadasi. 

 

Vacation Day 7: Exploring Ephesus & Surrounding ( June 27, 2024 )
Turkey EphesusBreakfast at the hotel. 09:30 am Meet up with your guide and We will visit Turkey's most impressive Roman and Biblical sites today, in what promises to be one of your most memorable days in Turkey.
* Ephesus is the best-preserved classical cities from ancient times, and was inhabited by Greeks, Macedonians, Romans and Turks. St. Paul lived here circa 60 AD, when it was at its most populated at 250,000.  During your visit, you’ll walk its stony boulevards, stand in the grand theatre, marvel at the beauty of the Celsus Library, the agora, as well as the baths, giving you the unique chance to get up-close-and-personal with history by literally being able to walk into it.
Temple of Artemis*The Temple of Artemis is situated in serene countryside celebrates the Greek goddess Artemis, the virginal huntress and twin of Apollo, who supplanted the Titan Selene as goddess of the Moon.  This temple, known as Artemision in Greek times, was the largest of its kind at the world.
After the tour, return to the hotel, and rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner at the hotel - 19:00 to 22:00 pm 
Overnight in Kusadasi. 

 

Vacation Day 8: Pamukkale day trip ( June 28, 2024 )
Turkey PamukkaleAfter breakfast, we will depart from Kusadasi to Pamukkale; upon arrival, we will continue on the guided tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Our drive will take us through a rich agricultural area, teeming with cotton fields and fruit orchards. Sites we will visit:  Pamukkale is a town in western Turkey known for the mineral-rich thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces on a nearby hillside. It neighbors Hierapolis, an ancient Roman spa city founded around 190 B.C. Ruins there include a well-preserved theater and a necropolis with sarcophagi that stretch for 2km. The Antique Pool is famous for its submerged Roman columns, the result of an earthquake. 

Hierapolis Ancient City Ancient city of Hierapolis - The ruins of Hierapolis ancient city or "Holy City" (in transla6ion from Greek) is located in about 17 kilometers from the Denizli close to Pamukkale.
After the tour, return to the hotel, and rest of the day at leisure. Dinner at the hotel - 19:00 to 22:00 pm
Overnight in Kusadasi.

 

Vacation Day 9: Traveling back to Istanbul ( June 29, 2024 )
IstanbulBreakfast between 07:00 to 10:00
After breakfast, we'll provide transfer to Izmir Airport and put you on a 1 hour flight back to Istanbul. After arrival, we'll take you to your hotel to drop off your luggage.
Then, we are available to give you a lift to the Grand Bazaar for your last-minute shopping. You will then have a free evening to relax and explore Istanbul.
Overnight in Istanbul.

 

Vacation Day 10: Traveling back to Istanbul ( June 30, 2024 )
Meeting time to be determined. 4 hours before your international flight departure time. Gule, Gule! It is time to head home. We will transfer you to the airport and wish you well, asking that you keep Turkey in your heart. We truly hope that our paths will cross again.
