Our singles ski week to Big Sky has become one of our most popular annual ski vacations. Big Sky Ski Resort pictured above is now the combination of Big Sky, Moonlight Basin & Spanish Peaks all joined in the last few years with a common lift ticket and interchangeable lifts. Big sky is a perfect destination for our season closer ski week. The last week in March has historically brings huge snow often the best each year. Our week have averaged 24? of snow the last few years NOT to mention the 3 year March snowfall average of 93? onto of an already existing base. This past season we had almost 70? see chart! This is ideal for real snow hounds and even beginners who like to land soft. A perfect way to close out the season
Collectively Big Sky has just under 6000 inbound skiable acres. Some of the best lift served terrain in the world. Before the merger you just couldn’t ski the whole resort in a week…. now it’s just impossible. Our perfect Western Singles Ski Week Destination!!
Big Sky + Moonlight Basin + Spanish Peaks = a most special western vacation for all skiers regardless of your level of ability. We can’t say enough.. with the largest skiable acres anywhere in the continental US there are an incredible number of slopes for everyone. From steeps to easy glades this resort has the most to offer.
For the serious ski vacation enthusiast our Big Sky Singles Ski Week is as good as it gets. It’s a ski paradise considered by many to be the best & largest combined resort in the world. Regardless of your level of ability this mountain combination will have more trails, more lifts, more bowls, more glades and maybe even more snow than anywhere else you’ve been.
Add to that mix a spectacular 5 star ski in/ski out hotel located 20? from the two main lifts, incredible food and a bunch of upscale singles to explore and enjoy it all with and you will see why this is such a great week. This will be out 9th consecutive year visiting Big Sky and that is not an accident. Best of all our package this year includes 4 dinners, 6 gourmet breakfast buffets & 4 lift tickets.

The Ionian Islands are an emerald scattering of large islands – Zante, Kefalonia, Atokos, Ithaca, Meganisi – found off the west coast of mainland Greece. The region is famed for pristine beaches, the unforgettable blue of the sea and the lush Mediterranean landscape. Several lesser-known smaller islands make up this paradise cluster. We will spend a week at sea, exploring the very best of this island cluster paradise, stopping in Poros, Agia Efimia, Vathi, Fiskardo, Meganisi and returning to Zante.
This trip is best suited for those who want to set sail for discovery, heritage and historical sightseeing, the best of nature and deserted beaches, on-deck sea-view unwinding and the friendly atmosphere of a small ship cruise. The friendly crew will attend to all your needs along the way. There are freshly prepared meals (Breakfast and Lunch), and all cabins include a private bathroom and air-conditioning.
Zante, Greece Sailing Vacation Itinerary
Vacation Day 1: Zante-Agios Nikolaos
Since today is arrival day and we don’t set sail until after sunset, you have plenty of time to explore the wonders of Zante Island. If you have time don’t miss the chance to explore the Byzantine Museum, the National Marine Park in Laganás Bay.
Tonight we will get acquainted with our sailing home for the next few days and get settled in. We start by dining with a view of the ocean as we set sail towards Agios Nikolaos.
Note: On the rare occasion of any issues that may result from late arrivals, there is a possibility that we do not depart Zante the next day, and instead set sail on Sunday morning.
Vacation Day 2: Agios Nikolaos-Agia Thimia
The rainfall on the Ionian Islands is what enables its lush and verdant landscapes to flourish. Think of thick forests, natural coves, green hills with olive groves, and ardent valleys that sit back-to-back with crystal clear waters and sparkling white beaches.
In the evening, stroll the traditional Marina village and take your pick of Greek eats from the idyllic tavern-lined promenade, where you can watch the sunset.
We sail towards Agia Ethimia
Vacation Day 3: Agia Thimia-Ithaca (Vathi)
Nestled on the Ionian coastline of the Greece Mainland, Ithaca has been described as one of the region’s most beautiful villages. This is because of its two crystal clear bays that line either side of its main town and the iconic Venetian fortress that forms an impressive backdrop.
Known for its stunning natural environment that gives it an island feel.
We will have lunch onboard, but stay in town for an evening of Greek feasting and hospitality.
Vacation Day 4: Ithaca (Vathi)-Meganisi
Not many people know of Meganisi, Grece. It is overshadowed by the main island of Corfu, but you will be glad you got to experience this lesser-known beauty spot. First, we have lunch before stopping for some coastal relaxation at some of the island's secluded areas. Go snorkelling in the turquoise waters, feel the pebbles under your feet, take a walk amongst the clifftop surroundings and visit the Town. We will dine at a pop-up beach tavern in a secluded bay tucked away from the crowds, and later watch the stars from the deck of the yacht.
Vacation Day 5: Meganisi - Fiskardo
With white pebble beaches, striking blue seas and lush green countryside, Paxos is one of Greece’s best-kept secrets. We will dock at the port of Gaios ready for a full day on the island. You can easily explore with a motorcycle, although it’s also easy by foot, bike or car too. Spend the day seeking out the secluded coves and bays for swimming, enjoy the Venetian architecture of Gaios town or sample the world-renowned olive oil from the surrounding groves. Watch the fisherman go about their work from one of the seafront cafes, before enjoying some of the best and freshest seafood at one of the excellent local tavernas that stock the best catch of the day.
Vacation Day 6: Fiskardo-Paros
Dotted with secluded bays and sea caves, with shallow waters for those keen to explore the underworld of the Ionian Sea, this part of Kefalonia Island is an explorer’s dream. Enjoy lunch on the vessel while we sail towards bustling Poros, the second largest village on the island set in a horseshoe bay to a backdrop of olive and cypresses trees. Visit the pebbled Kanoni beach and sandy Harami beach and wander amongst nature Later, stroll the vibrant promenade along the seafront. Full of bars and tavernas Poros is the epitome of old school Greek charm. We will dock overnight at a picturesque bay here.
Vacation Day 7: Paros-Zante
Before we head back to the mainland of Zante Island, with free time to explore, we take the chance to fit in one more of Zante’s long sandy beaches. We visit the beautiful Shipwreck Beach and village on the east coast of the island, enjoying an onboard lunch on the way for some final sweeping sea views.
We spend the night in the Marina of Zante Old Town, where we enjoy a Captain’s dinner with the group in our final farewell.
Vacation Day 8: Departure Day
As we come back in full circle to Corfu, this is our departure day, where you’ll say goodbye to your new friends and your crew. Hopefully, we have inspired you with this Greece sailing trip and hope to see you next year for more sailing around the Greek islands.

We will spend a week at sea, exploring the very best of this island cluster paradise, stopping in Sivota, Parga, Antipaxos, Gaios and Lakka in a round trip from Corfu. The UNESCO World Heritage town of Kerkyra (Corfu Old Town) is full of cultural heritage from its days under Venetian, French and British rule. From architecture to traditions, towering fortresses to the narrow medieval streets, you can feel the multi-layers of Corfu island history. If you have time to see more of the island, don’t miss the chance to explore the fishing village of Agni Bay, the dramatic cliff drops of Cape Drastis, the picturesque channel of the Canal d’Amour and the tucked-away community of Palaiokastritsa. In the evening, we get acquainted with our sailing home for the next few days and get settled in, starting by dining with a view of the ocean as we set sail towards Kassiopi.
Note: On the rare occasion of any issues that may result from late arrivals, there is a possibility that we do not depart Corfu on Monday evening, and instead set sail on Tuesday morning.
Vacation Day 2: Sivota - Mourtos
The rainfall on the Ionian Islands is what enables its lush and verdant landscapes to flourish. Think of thick forests, natural coves, green hills with olive groves, and ardent valleys that sit back-to-back with crystal clear waters and sparkling white beaches. You can find this in the Mourtos and Sivota Islands, south of Corfu, where we sail and stop to marvel at some of the island best natural highlights. This includes the striking Papanikolis Cave and the famed Blue Lagoon Bay, where you can swim in the iridescent blue waters. In the evening, stroll the traditional Marina village and take your pick of Greek eats from the idyllic tavern-lined promenade, where you can watch the sunset.
Vacation Day 3: Parga
Nestled on the Ionian coastline of the Greece Mainland, Parga has been described as one of the region’s most beautiful villages. This is because of its two crystal clear bays that line either side of its main town and the iconic Venetian fortress that forms an impressive backdrop. Known for its stunning natural environment that gives it an island feel, there are plenty of beachside hangouts and watersports to enjoy the coastline views, especially in the large bay west of Parga town. We will have lunch onboard, but stay in town for an evening of Greek feasting and hospitality.
Note: If the vessel manages to dock in the port, you will not need to use a water taxi. However, if you need one, the cost of the Water Taxi is not included in the overall price package.
Vacation Day 4: Antipaxos
Not many people know of Antipaxos, overshadowed by the main island of Paxos, but you will be glad you got to experience this lesser-known beauty spot. First, we fuel up with a lunch before stopping for some coastal relaxation time at some of the islands secluded, tranquil bays that are home to the beaches of Voutoumi and Vrika. Go snorkelling in the turquoise waters, feel the pebbles under your feet, take a walk amongst the clifftop surroundings and visit one of the three main towns – Gaios, Loggos and Lakka. We will dine at a pop-up beach tavern in a secluded bay tucked away from the crowds, and later watch the stars from the deck of the yacht.
Vacation Day 5: Gaios-Paxos
With white pebble beaches, striking blue seas and lush green countryside, Paxos is one of Greece’s best-kept secrets. We will dock at the port of Gaios ready for a full day on the island. You can easily explore with a motorcycle, although it’s also easy by foot, bike or car too. Vacation Day 6: Lakka-Paxos
Dotted with secluded bays and sea caves, with shallow waters for those keen to explore the underworld of the Ionian Sea, this part of Paxos Island is an explorer’s dream. Enjoy lunch on the vessel while we sail towards bustling Lakka, the second largest village on the island set in a horseshoe bay to a backdrop of olive and cypresses trees. Visit the pebbled Kanoni beach and sandy Harami beach and wander amongst nature. Later, stroll the vibrant promenade along the seafront. Full of bars and tavernas Lakka is the epitome of old school Greek charm. We will dock overnight at a picturesque bay here.

Puglia, Nicknamed Italy’s heel, in sun-baked southern Italy, offers a charming laid-back atmosphere. The photogenic land is dotted with fortified castles and whitewashed trulli, Puglia’s distinctive conical-shaped dwellings, and carpeted with a silvery sea of ancient olive groves.
It’s also an area proud of its food heritage, producing most of the country’s extra virgin olive oil and many excellent full-bodied wines. Other specialities include intensely flavoured olives, almonds, figs, orecchiette pasta, seafood risotto, fava beans and burrata, the supremely creamy cheese similar to mozzarella. You won’t go hungry between photography sessions here in Puglia! You’ll get the chance to try out some food photography, too.
Sights to savour with your photographic eye include the turquoise sea and long sandy beaches, as well as 13th-century Swabian castle, the city of Lecce’s Baroque churches, and Otranto cathedral’s amazing mosaic floor, the work of a 12th-century monk. There’s plenty of inspiration for photography, with help and advice from our resident tutor.
Where you’re going to stay
We use two villas in Puglia. Casino Pisanelli is an old Flavours favourite, a lovingly restored 17th-century hunting lodge in rural Salento, converted into a luxurious country retreat. Its formal gardens, picturesque pool, and shady courtyards planted with lemon and orange trees are idyllic and perfect for delicious meals al fresco.
Our newer property, in the charming coastal town of Gagliano del Capo at Puglia’s southern tip, offers traditional baroque architecture with a very stylish contemporary twist in its spacious interior, and is simply stunning. Both villas and locations offer exceptional photographic inspiration.
Arrival and group transfer to the villa.
Our Flavours transfer will meet you at Brindisi Airport and take you to the villa for welcome drinks and time to relax before dinner prepared by our local chef.
Your first photography session to ease you into the week, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Santa Maria di Leuca, at the very tip of the Salentine Peninsula where the Ionian and Adriatic Seas meet. Enjoy an aperitivo and dinner in our favourite local trattoria.
Photography lesson, winery visit, and stop-offs to photograph classic Puglian views.
This morning you will have another lesson at the villa, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit a local winery, followed by a drive around the area to photograph classic Puglian views. Return to the villa for dinner this evening, prepared by your chef.
After breakfast, the group will leave for a trip to Lecce – the ‘Florence of the South’, where you can photograph the town’s beautiful architecture and views. Lunch will be at a local trattoria. After lunch, we will visit Otranto situated by the sea, with the chance to visit the famous Cathedral with its beautiful medieval floor mosaic. Return to the villa for dinner.
Day at the villa, with a food photography lesson.
Your lesson this morning will concentrate on photographing the food that the chef prepares for lunch, and tell the story of the meal as the ingredients come together. The afternoon is free to enjoy as you wish and dinner will be prepared for you at the villa.
Photography lesson followed by an outing to the port of Gallipoli.
This morning, time for another photography lesson around the villa, followed by lunch. You will then have a late afternoon visit to Gallipoli, on the Ionic sea, where you can photograph the fishing boats arriving and wander around the old town. Dinner will be at an excellent local fish restaurant.
Final photography session, slideshow, and farewell dinner.
After breakfast you will have your final lesson and round-up, before the evening slideshow of the week’s best photographs! Enjoy your last afternoon relaxing before a special farewell dinner prepared by your chef.
Group transport to the airport.
After breakfast, your transfer will collect you and return you to the airport. Arrivederci!
